Find a tall, comfortable seat, close your eyes, and breathe deeply for a few moments to let the stress and the tensions of your day melt away. Now you are ready to begin.
Place your right hand over your throat and your left hand over that one. Breathe, letting your hands rise and fall with the motion. The vishuddha is the center of your energy system that supports honesty, integrity, communication, self-expression, and in many ways your creativity. If you are unable to express yourself, aren’t your authentic self, bottle things up, evade the truth, or can’t tap into your creative side, then this meditation can help you break through those challenges and bonds.
Allow your breath to draw in energy and brighten this color with each inhale. Imagine it growing stronger, brighter, deeper, and more powerful. Continue like this until you feel like your chakra is improved and in tune with you. Open your eyes and view the world with renewed body and spirit, ready to be more honest, true, open, and expressive. Namaste.
