Satisfy your gingerbread cookie cravings this holiday season with a healthy but tasty gingerbread smoothie!

Talia makes no claims to be angelic or a deliverer of miracles, but she’s come up with a way for you to take care of all three of these holiday struggles. This solution can also be made in your blender in less than three minutes. Satisfy those cravings, eat healthier during the holidays, and get a huge boost of energy.
Holiday Gingerbread Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 scoop Classic Vanilla protein
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼–½ teaspoon cloves
- ¼–½ teaspoon ginger
- 1–2 pinches nutmeg
- 1–2 Medjool dates
- ½–1 teaspoon matcha
- 2/3–1 cup Almond milk
- 1 handful ice
Blend all ingredients. Pour it into a glass jar, and sip your way to holiday bliss. This smoothie tastes like a cookie, but it doesn’t come with any of the guilt or waistline hugging friends we tend to invite in this time of year. Consider it Talia’s gift to you!
