Caesar Salad Dressing
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup filtered water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan crystal salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds or flax
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sunwarrior Vitamin Mineral Rush
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until a smooth consistency is obtained, about 40 seconds. Drizzle dressing over salad. Other good additions to the salad include hemp seeds, vegan parmesan cheese, and organic capers. And enjoy your vegan Caesar salad!
