Tackle the Pain with Buddy Wall Sits and Squat Jumps
by Tim McComsey March 25, 2014
Tim McComsey and Marzia Prince, two of our favorite fitness trainers, continue their partner exercises and take pain head on with a buddy wall sit elastic jump squat. You'll need a buddy, a medicine ball, an elastic band, and a wall.
One partner will do a wall sit, focusing on core and legs and holding the ends of the elastic band, while the other partner will wrap the band around his or her waist, hold the medicine ball, squat, and jump forward. You will feel this workout in your legs no matter which exercise you are doing. Don't forget to trade places so each of you can get the full benefit of the tension and cardio.
