Swiss Ball Crunch

Fitness expert, trainer, and dietician Tim McComsey goes over a swiss ball crunch to help us all get our abs humming for a flat, toned, and defined stomach.

Lay on the ball, your lower back should be where your weight rests on the ball. Tuck your chin in toward your sternum, cross your arms over your chest, and squeeze your core as you come up in a crunch.

This exercise takes advantage of the ball shape to get more range of motion out of each crunch than you would on a flat surface to really dive deep into those abdominal muscles.
