Seated Forward Fold Yoga Pose

Paschimottanasana or Seated Forward Bend helps calm the brain, relieves stress and mild depression, and stretches the spine, shoulders, and hamstrings. It stimulates the liver and kidneys and improves digestion. This yoga pose also soothes anxiety, reduces fatigue, and helps reduce the effects of high blood pressure.
Practice the Seated Forward Bend on a daily basis especially if you are going through a period in your life where you could use more surrender.
