Pure Coffee Blend
December 08, 2015With the latest trends in coffee blends, try out something that will be healthier. Your heart says thank you!
Coffee dives right into your blood stream, wakes you up, and acts as a stimulant; it pumps up your liver and intestine and helps your morning bowel movements. If you take all this with a shot of pure fat, as per the “liver flush” theory, it helps boost your liver function by releasing more bile. Basically, this potion escalates the morning detox process and helps you feel more alive and energized.
This all sounds great. But, what about vegans who can’t consume butter? What about everyday people who are terrified about the high cholesterol in butter and also those who feel sick to their stomach just by thinking of consuming a big chunk of butter every morning in place of a nutrient-based breakfast? Unless you’re in Alaska or some cold island where high amounts of fat is necessary, consuming this kind of coffee everyday can be quite detrimental. So, here is my version of healthy, vegan, and yummy coffee.
Pure blend is a great combination of freshly brewed and French pressed coffee that is blended with healthy fats from coconut oil and some creamy satisfying and delicious raw coconut butter. These two ingredients together are a great way to start your morning: They are high in anti-oxidants and high in minerals and vitamins. They perform the same function as the bulletproof coffee, but do it better since coconut butter and oil are known to have more vitamins and minerals compared to grass-fed butter. These fats are also medium-chain fatty acids, which means that they are not absorbed by the body as the fats found in butter. The different processing done by the body does not add on to your visceral fat and cause health problems. These two ingredients when topped with low GI palm sugar and sea salt make it the ultimate morning blend.
