Peanut Chocolate Chip & Maple Cookie Squares
June 03, 2015Here’s a scrumptious bite-sized morsel to satisfy even the most dedicated peanut chocolate lovers.
These cookie squares are a healthy protein snack fit for any occasion, and you will most certainly get a yummy, nutty crunch with these. You could even compare them to those cookie bars that are like giant cookie cakes you can see displayed at the shopping malls. And each mouthful of peanut and chocolate chip cookie bites won’t give you the high rush of refined sugar and unhealthy fats. Instead, you will experience an all natural, dairy-free, plant-based indulgence that leaves you satisfied after a heavy bout at the gym or anytime during the day.
With every nutty cookie-dough-like crunch, you get a dash of dark chocolate bits which are subtle in overall sweetness and not overwhelming. The bits of maple cookie crumbles pair well with the entire cookie. And to top off this tasty treat, they are also packed with energy-sustaining chia seeds and flax, making them an excellent superfood pick-me-up, bar none.
