Partner Traveling Plank

Fitness trainer and Healthy Housewife Marzia Prince teams up with Tim McComsey, owner of TRyM Fitness, to demonstrate the traveling plank. Start with one partner in the plank position. The other partner lays perpendicular with his/her feet on their partner's back. One or both partners now do the travelling plank by pressing up with one arm, then the other arm, and back down to the original plank position.

Continue doing this for 10 up, 10 down or until someone gives up. Try and make it a competition, and keep it fun. Alternate positions with your partner, and repeat. This exercise is great for working your chest, shoulders, and core.
