Time to get your midsection up to par? Fitness trainer Tim McComsey demonstrates an exercise that works wonders on your core and your obliques.
Grab a barbell and place one end on the floor in a corner or in between two pieces of equipment. Grab the other end with both hands above your head. Rotate the bar left to right, twisting your midsection. Keep your stomach tight and remember to breathe. Repeat this exercise in sets of 10 or 15.
To make the exercise more difficult, use a heavier barbell. In no time you'll start to see a more trimmed waistline and a bigger smile on your face!
