Trust me, you won’t be able to resist grabbing another of these delicious, frozen super-fruit protein bars. When it comes to yogurt bars, I find that these are just as good as ice cream, if not better. Plus, with the benefits of helpful probiotics, fiber, and antioxidants, you just have more reason to pass on that bowl of ice cream from Ben & Jerry’s and indulge in these frozen yogurt bars instead. And don’t worry, you can be assured that these are totally dairy-free and vegan friendly. The health benefits are swirled into this vibrant bar!

Almond Wildberry Frozen Yogurt Protein Bars

Prep Time: 35 minutes + 12 hour Freeze Time

Marbled Almond and Wildberry Frozen Yogurt Protein Bars

Ingredients:

Wildberry Protein Yogurt:
  • 4 scoops Warrior Blend vanilla protein
  • 1 and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup raspberry coconut Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons berry acai powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon probiotic fiber powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground vanilla bean
  • 2 tablespoons raw almonds (soaked & dehydrated)
  • 1/4 cup water
Almond Marble Protein Yogurt:
  • 2 scoops Warrior Blend vanilla protein
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup plain coconut Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon probiotic fiber powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground vanilla bean
  • 2 tablespoons raw almonds (soaked & dehydrated)
  • 1/2 tablespoon blue agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients for wildberry mixture in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients for almond mixture in another blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Distribute wildberry and almond marble protein yogurt in ice cream molds in layers.
  4. Store in freezer to set overnight.
  5. Remove from freezer and enjoy your high protein frozen yogurt bars.
