Jalapeño Cilantro Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup cilantro
½ red onion, diced
5 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
3 garlic cloves
Juice of 2 limes
½ cup olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Toss all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, whip it up, and enjoy. Salt it to taste.
The salsa tastes best if you eat it the same day you make it, but it’ll last in the fridge for a day or two—though you may have to give it a quick mix to reincorporate any separated olive oil.
