Forgiveness Meditation

Forgiveness is a gift for everyone involved. Join Zain Saraswati Jamal in a guided meditation to aid forgiveness.

Place your right hand on your navel and your left hand on your heart center. Slowly breathe into your hands. Bring to mind a situation or a person in your life you are looking to forgive. Breathe in courage, confidence, and light. As you exhale, release anything that is no longer serving your higher self, any of those negative feelings and thoughts you no longer need or want.

Continue breathing until you feel all that pent up energy released. You will feel a sense of calm and tranquility wash over you as the forgiveness takes hold.
