Bosu Ball Get Up, Get Down Exercise
January 06, 2014Tim McComsey, owner of TRyM Fitness in Dallas Texas and personal trainer, walks us through the bosu ball get up get downs. These are exactly what they sound like. You get up and get down. Start with the dome, ball part up, put your back toward it, sit down, lean back while kicking your legs out, bring your knees in, and then reverse it all as you stand back up without using your hands. Keep your stomach tight throughout this exercise to get the most out of it, tone your abs, and prevent injury. This makes a great warm up before any workout as it boosts heart rate, works out the entire body, and gets you moving.
