Barbell Deadlift & Bicep Curl
April 28, 2014Fitness trainer and owner of TRyM Fitness, Tim McComsey, challenges you to try his barbell deadlift & bicep curl. This exercise is excellent for the backside of your legs, front of your arms, and your core. Grab the barbell in an underhand grip, like you're doing a curl. With your shoulders back, chest high, and stomach tight, perform a deadlift. Then, using your legs for assistance, bring the bar up into an arm curl. On the way down, use only your arms. Continue doing reps, checking your posture periodically. As you get stronger, increase the weight for more resistance. This exercise uses lots of muscles, gets your heart rate going, and burns tons of calories. We dare you to try it.
