Beet and Blood Orange Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 large beets, shredded
4 medium blood oranges, diced
1/3 cup raw pistachios, shelled (and crushed if you want)
1½ tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon raw black sesame seeds
1 teaspoon thyme
2 pinches Himylayan crystal salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½–1 teaspoon cinnamon
1–2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
