Tough Mudder at 65

Dr. Weston committed to do the Tough Mudder competition before he turned 65 and he shares his experience and what helped him get through it. Mud bogs, ice filled tanks, walls, barbed wire, crazy jumps, and electric jolts couldn't slow him down.

Don't let the description fool you; obstacle course races (OCR) are a great way to have fun while running. If you think it sounds interesting, but are a little nervous about the intensity of the obstacles, start with a simpler OCR, like a 5K mud run, and work your way up. You'll get hooked, and maybe we'll even see you at a future Tough Mudder or Spartan Race.
