Pumpkin season is here! And to celebrate, we have a pumpkin protein smoothie that will probably become your go-to smoothie recipe for the rest of the season!
As soon as pumpkin season hits, my pantry practically morphs into a canned pumpkin puree warehouse! Since pumpkin puree is so comforting, so delicious, and so darn good for you, fitting it into everything I eat from October to December is non-negotiable!
One of my favorite things to do with pumpkin (and one of the easiest) is to blend it into smoothies! Its creamy texture just screams “blend me into a smoothie!” and its nutritional panel (being so high in fiber, potassium, beta-carotene, vitamin A, and vitamin C plus so low in fat and calories), well, also screams “blend me into a smoothie!”
