Power ball exercises are great for growing muscles and melting calories. These exercises are quick and easy.
Registered dietician and personal trainer Tim McComsey is back with another power ball exercise to keep your upper body in check.
These weighted power balls can be bounced, thrown, and caught, and are used in a range of exercises designed to tone and strengthen every part of the body. This particular heavy ball exercise works your shoulders, triceps, and chest.
To start this exercise, face the wall, about 3 feet out. Hold the ball with both hands, chest high, and throw it straight in front of you at the wall. Catch the ball as it bounces back, and immediately throw it back into the wall.
It won’t take long to get your muscles burning and the calories melting away.
