Partner Jumping High Five Lunge

Marzia Prince—fitness trainer, Healthy Housewife, and fantastic human being—teams up with Tim McComsey—owner of TRyM Fitness and example of abdominal prowess—to continue their partner exercise series with a high five jumping lunge. Face your buddy and do a jumping lunge. Make sure you're using opposite arms and legs so you can high five each other at the top of your jump.

This makes an otherwise lonely and solitary exercise more fun and social. Laugh and enjoy it while getting plenty of cardio and activating your core, legs, upper body, and more. This short workout will burn fat, build balance, tone legs, and improve hand eye coordination too.
