Tim McComsey, fitness trainer and owner of TRyM Fitness, teams up with Marzia Prince, Healthy Housewife and fitness expert, to bring us the Partner Forward Lunge with a Twist. This exercise uses an elastic band and a buddy to maximize the workout so your core and lower body get an extra bit of exercise out of the same movements. You need a partner. Each one of you will take one end of the band while maintaining good posture, arms straight out, shoulder back, belly button tightened toward your spine. Lunge together and twist to the side away from one another. Do about 15 reps and you will feel it and see the results faster than you think.
