Spring Cleaning for your body is just as important (more important) than cleaning any house. Get your insides ready for summer with this Spring- Clean-My-Insides Smoothie!
I feel a little bad for my blender. Every winter it becomes that thing on my counter that takes up space, makes me resent the cold weather and reminds me of coat-less, hat-less, better times. But every spring, it’s like my blender’s reborn because I go buck wild using it every chance I get now that the temperature of the beverages I make in it isn’t the same as the temperature in the air! Well here’s a detoxifying green smoothie, starring some of the top detoxifying plants, that I love to make at the brink of spring to give some love to my liver who worked so hard throughout the winter while I admittedly fed it some hearty, hard-to-process foods!
