Sit with your buddy, back to back, with your knees bent, and simply pass the medicine ball to one another, twisting and squeezing your core into amazing shape. Standing is the same thing, back to back while you pass. Keep your core tight and work all those little stabilizer muscles around your hips and stomach. Don't let the simplicity of this exercise fool you. You are working your shoulders and core pretty hard while improving flexibility and getting your heart rate up pretty fast to burn unnecessary fat stores.
