Dynamic Warm Up Exercise: Inch Worm

Dynamic warm-up exercises, also called dynamic stretches, are the ones you do before you work out or before that big game/competition. Fitness Trainer Marzia Prince shows us one particular exercise that’s aptly called the inchworm. It will loosen your hamstrings, calves, and lower back.

Stand tall with your legs straight and then bend over and touch the floor. Keeping your legs straight, walk your hands forward as far as you can without letting your hips sag. Then take small steps to walk your feet back to your hands. That’s one rep. You may look funny doing this, but your muscles will thank you for it later.

And to all you Fitness and Sports Enthusiasts, our research team formulated something special just for you, using quality, organic ingredients to give you the competitve edge you want in the gym, on the court, or on the trail. Get active now with Sunwarrior's Active Line
