Dark Cherry Cinnamon Soda
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups pure black cherry juice
- 1 ½ tablespoons raw coconut nectar
- 1 dropperful organic liquid stevia
- ¼ teaspoon alcohol free organic cinnamon extract
- 1 capful Liquid Light
- 1 liter sparkling mineral water
We'll start by making a simple syrup, basically that soda syrup we're all familiar with, but of course much healthier!
J-Wro creates the base by adding organic black cherry juice, raw coconut nectar, stevia, and cinnamon extract. For extra minerals to help detoxify, add Sunwarrior Liquid Light, then whisk away.
Grab your favorite mineral water and pour it into a large glass at an angle to prevent too much of that carbonation from escaping. Give your syrup base another quick whisk then add it to your water. Mix it well and pour it into your drinking glasses. Now enjoy the healthy, homemade, superfood, low glycemic likeness of one of America’s most beloved soda pops. If you’re feeling a little hipster or nostalgic, grab some old glass bottles, pour your blend in, and start reminiscing about the good ole days.
