Fitness Trainer Tim McComsey challenges us this week in this demonstration of a fitness ball squat exercise.
Begin by holding the ball straight out, shoulders back, chest high. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Then squat with the ball until the ball touches the ground. As you stand, extend the ball high over your head and stand on your tip toes, keeping your core nice and tight. Pause for one second, then release and repeat the exercise
Do this in sets of 10 or for as long as you can. This is a fantastic and challenging exercise to work your core, legs, and mind.
