Apple Pie Protein Smoothie

You can make an apple pie smoothie any time of the year, any season, any day, and any hour you like. Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup Sunwarrior Coconut Milk Powder
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ teaspoon Sunwarrior Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon mesquite powder
- ¼ teaspoon lucuma powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
- 1½ teaspoons ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 2 tablespoon pecans
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 Scoop Warrior Blend vanilla protein
Directions:
Start by adding coconut milk and ice to your blender mug. Next add a little salt, cardamom, cinnamon, mesquite powder, and lucuma. Throw in some ginger, flax seed, and, for sweetness, some coconut palm sugar. Finish it off by tossing in some pecans, apples, and a kick of protein and vanilla taste with Warrior Blend from Sunwarrior.
