Alternating Forward Lunges with Bosu Ball Core Burning Goodness
by Tim McComsey February 04, 2014
Fitness trainer and owner of TRyM Fitness, Tim McComsey, integrates an upper body exercise with a lower body workout to tone your core, quads, hamstrings, and glutes. You'll be doing a normal alternating forward lunge, but you'll hold a bosu ball, ball side out, over your chest while you do so and you'll chop that ball to the side and back with each lunge. Chop the ball toward the side of your lead foot each time. This will heat up your core, burn fat, build lean muscle, and get your cardio going pretty quickly. Enjoy!
