Whether you’re pumping iron at the gym or pints at the pub, your recovery starts here!

Recover, Rehydrate, Renew with Sunwarrior’s recovery cocktail (aka: the hangover cure).

We get it. St Patrick’s Day is a day to go out and sing all those Irish drinking songs and laugh with good friends. In case the revelry gets a little too real and you end with a headache in the morning, we’ve got you covered. Or, if you decided to forego the pub and spend the holiday in the gym sporting your amazing shamrock gym socks, we’ve got you covered there, too.

Hangovers are usually the result of dehydration and mineral and electrolyte depletion. Drinking something rich in vitamins, electrolytes, antioxidants and nutrient transporters will rehydrate your body and brain and get all those minerals carried to the right places to keep you functioning at your best.

While a workout isn’t quite the same thing as drinking, you can still dehydrate and deplete your cells of those important nutrients. You want to make sure you replenish those cells so they can recover and be ready for the next day at the gym.
