Be the winner of every party you’re invited to this year with a dessert that is sigh-worthy! Healthy and full of fantastic flavor, these pumpkin cinnamon brownies are a hit!

Did you ever think it was possible to enjoy a decadent, savory brownie that is flour and dairy free? I was taught at a young age that in order to make a delicious brownie, you need tons of added sugar, flour, and butter. Well, I have fantastic news for you: you can make a healthy version of a classic dessert, that in my opinion, tastes even more flavorful than a traditional brownie. Although I don’t have celiac disease, I try to stay away from flour as much as possible because it makes foods much heavier than they have to be which can create problems with digestion and inflammation or bloating. During the holiday season when we are surrounded by so many heavy foods, why not make lighter options available that enhance the taste of fan-favorite desserts? These Protein Pumpkin Cinnamon Brownies will make you rethink the way you ever make a brownie again. They are super-fast to make and require very few ingredients, so I like to make these when I need a quick dessert for a party. And you get a boost of extra protein while eating these, so it’s a win-win all around.
