Lunchboxes are calling. Office snacks need attention. Don’t let yourself or your little ones go hungry or reach for less healthy options. How about a PB&J in a bite-sized snack?

But really. Bite-sized PB&J! How does that sound? Pretty fantastic, huh? Talia Pollock, the energetic and charismatic host of Party in My Plants, is here to supply your nostalgic snacking needs! These easily pop into a lunchbox, briefcase, or purse to bring to school, work, or both if you are one of those overachiever types or a teacher. This recipe is for anyone who loves this childhood favorite.

DIRECTIONS

Dump one cup of pitted dates into your food processor. Add a third cup of peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter here), half a cup of rolled oats, and one gorgeous scoop of Sunwarrior’s vanilla Classic Plus protein powder. Process away! If it stays too crumby, add in a tablespoon or two of water to moisten it all up. You want it rollable. Reach in with clean hands, avoiding the blades of course, and roll up your snack balls. Make them the size that works for you, small and bite-sized, or larger and more filling. Stick them in the fridge to await their journey to a lunch near you. Enjoy!
