Who doesn’t love donuts? I know I do! Now, you can share your donuts with anyone and everyone. These donuts are gluten free, easy to make, and delicious.

The joke in my family is that you can buy Mom’s love with a donut. It’s true. Donuts make me happy. And, in the spirit of sharing and giving and making people happy, we share this recipe with all of you.

Easy Bake Cake Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • ½ cup potato starch
  • ¼ cup arrowroot powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon xanthan gum.
  • 1 scoop vanilla Sunwarrior protein powder
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup vanilla
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup apple sauce
  • *optional: chocolate chips and sprinkles

DIRECTIONS

Start with 1 cup of gluten free flour. Add to it coconut sugar, potato starch, arrowroot powder, sea salt, baking powder, xanthan gum. Top your dry ingredients off with a scoop of vanilla Sunwarrior protein powder. Classic, Warrior Blend, Classic Plus, and even illumin8 would all work well in this recipe. Mix your dry ingredients and then move on to your wet ingredients in another bowl.

Start your new bowl with water, vanilla, coconut oil, and apple sauce. Mix those and then pour them over your dry ingredients. Stir everything together into a fluffy dough. Grease a donut pan with coconut oil and spoon in the dough. Bake them at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Melt chocolate chips on the donuts while they are still hot and add sprinkles or your favorite toppings. That’s all it takes to eat a deliciously sweet dessert. Try to save some for your friends and family.
