Where do you get your protein? This is one of the most standard questions every vegetarian or vegan person gets asked. We all know that plants provide what we need, but sometimes you just need it in a hurry! Here are some quick protein bar recipes that you can carry with you during hikes, travel, work, workout sessions, and pretty much anywhere!

3 Protein Bars in a Jiffy

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Swirl

Coconut Cashew Crunch

  • ¾ cup cashews, soaked and dried
  • ¾ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut nectar
  • 1 tablespoon Sunwarrior Classic natural protein

Almond Joy

  • 3 tablespoons almonds, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
  • 2–3 Medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon Sunwarrior Classic natural protein

DIRECTIONS

Peanut Butter Swirl

  1. Using a food processor, pulse all ingredients until smooth. You can also do a quick pulse to give it a bit chunky feeling
  2. Spread the ingredients in a glass tray and refrigerate for longer use.
  3. Cut them into small squares and take it everywhere you go!

Coconut Cashew Crunch

  1. Using a food processor, pulse all ingredients until smooth. You can also do a quick pulse to give it a bit chunky feeling
  2. Spread the ingredients in a glass tray and refrigerate for longer use.
  3. Cut them into small squares and take it everywhere you go!

Almond Joy

  1. Using a food processor, process the almond butter, dates and sea salt until smooth and creamy
  2. Then simply add the remaining ingredients and give it a quick pulse.
  3. Transfer the ingredients to a glass tray and spread it out evenly and refrigerate for longer storage.
  4. All of these bars are packed with essential nutrients, superfood qualities, essential fat and of course protein!

Feel free to top with whatever toppings that make you happy or leave them with no toppings at all--whatever you like best!
