10 Day Smoothie Detox: Day 8 - Blackberry Essence

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces filtered water
  • 3 oranges, juiced
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 leaf Swiss chard
  • 2 cups frozen blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon orange essence
  • 1 dropper full of stevia
  • 1–2 scoops Sunwarrior vanilla protein

DIRECTIONS

Begin with adding your base. For this smoothie, Koya uses good old filtered water. Next, juice three oranges straight into the blender. As usual, throw in a couple bananas. Now it’s time for the greens. Koya’s advice is to switch up the greens that you use, and today is no different. For this blissfully blissful smoothie, she uses Swiss chard. For vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants, and a fresh summer berry flavor, throw in your blackberries. Add cinnamon, cayenne, turmeric, and a bit of orange essence. Finish up with a little stevia and a scoop or two of Sunwarrior plant-based protein powder.
