If you’re totally bummed that today is the last day of Koya’s 10 day detox, we won’t judge. We’re feeling a little bummed ourselves. We congratulate you on making it through 10 days of energizing, nutrient-filled smoothies.

10 Day Smoothie Detox: Day 10 - Mango Magic

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces water
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups mango
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • ½ stick celery
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • 1 dropper full of stevia
  • 1–2 scoops Sunwarrior mocha protein

DIRECTIONS

For this magic last-day smoothie, Koya starts off with a base of 12 ounces of water, and as a great starter, adds in banana. Next, add in the ever-tropical mango. Mango has a wealth of nutrients and makes your hair, skin, and nails look epic. Spinach, celery, and cilantro come next. Add a pinch of sea salt, a bit of turmeric, some cinnamon, and a dash of cayenne. If you like your smoothies sweet, go ahead and throw in your favorite sweetener. Koya’s go-to sweetener is stevia. To make the magic complete, finish up by adding your vegan protein powder.
