Zain’s Raw Chocolate Mousse and PB & Chocolate Raw Mousse

**Makes 2 servings

This decadent recipe is my savior on days when chocolate is just necessary and makes for the perfect sugar-craving buster. Enjoy this raw, vegan chocolate mousse using your choice of vanilla or chocolate Sunwarrior protein and enjoy the slimming satisfaction of healthy fats that will also work to sustain blood sugar levels and mood stabilizers. 

Layer Zain's Raw Chocolate Mousse with your oats in the morning for a delicious parfait and top with cacao nibs and sliced banana.


1 Ripe Organic Avocado

2 Tbsp Raw Organic Cacao (add an extra tsp if you like it extra chocolaty)

1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cacao Nibs

1 Scoop Sunwarrior Chocolate Protein Powder

1/2 Tsp Natural Vanilla

1 Vanilla Pod (optional)

1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (**may require 2-3 Tbsp extra depending on consistency)

5-10 Drops Chocolate Stevia, Vanilla Creme Stevia OR Sweetener of your choice

Raw PB & Chocolate (Reese) Mousse

2 Tbsp RAW Peanuts + 1/4 Tsp Peanut OR Coconut Oil + 11/2 Tsp Water (ground in food processor)


Optional Toppings:

1/2 Cup Organic Raspberries, 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes, 1 Tbsp Ground Nuts, 1 Tbsp Chia, Flax or Hemp Seeds, 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Chocolate Chips


1. Blend all ingredients except toppings in food processor (add 1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or water if necessary for moistening).

1a. If making my Raw PB & Chocolate (Reese Mousse) swirl in homemade RAW peanut butter.

2. Chill for 20-30 minutes in the fridge or freezer and top with optional toppings before serving cold.
