Sunwarrior Immunity Tonic

Got the sniffles or maybe a tickle in your throat? Uh-oh, you may be getting sick. Vegan Chef Jason Wrobel whips up a batch of liquid immunity goodness designed to keep you from feeling super icky.

To a blender, add coconut water, oranges, and lime and lemon juice. For a blast of extra vitamin C, add some camu camu powder. Then throw in some turmeric, schizandra berry, ginger, and cayenne powder for anti-inflammatory purposes. Continue to up the immune boosting ability by adding colloidal silver, MSM, mineral drops, blueberries, and salt. Finish with a pinch of stevia for sweetness, some aloe vera gel, and ice. Blend away, swig, and boom goes the dynamite!

Immunity Tonic Recipe


  • jason_wrobel_hands_stop_pic2 cups coconut water
  • 2–3 navel oranges
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon camu camu powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric root
  • Jason_wrobel_turmeric_powder_pic⅛ teaspoon turmeric extract
  • 2 teaspoons schizandra berry
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 dropper colloidal silver
  • ½ teaspoon MSM
  • jason_wrobel_aloe_vera_leaf_pic½ teaspoon mineral drops or Liquid Light
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ dropper stevia
  • 1 aloe leaf gel
  • About 8 ice cubes


Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until frothy, about 30 seconds. Then pour into a cup, enjoy, and get healthy!
