Raw Vegan Fruity Chocolate Breakfast Bars
With all the different protein bars out there, how do you know which one to choose? Well, now you don’t have to stress about the choice. Raw Vegan Chef Jason Wrobel whips up a batch of protein-filled raw vegan breakfast bars that are sure to make you happy.
Raw Vegan Fruity Chocolate Breakfast Bars
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups buckwheat groats, soaked and sprouted
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup mango, dried
- ¼ cup sprouted pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
- 2 tablespoons goji berries
- ½ cup dried figs, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 scoop Warrior Blend vanilla
Sunflower Seed Butter Ingredients:
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup coconut palm nectar
To a large mixing bowl add buckwheat groats, chia seeds, dried mango, and pumpkin seeds. Throw in hemp seeds, cacao nibs, goji berries, and dried figs. Finish them up by adding salt, cinnamon, and Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Protein. Give that a quick mixaroo and then set it aside.
For the binder, grind up some sunflower seeds in a blender until nice and smooth. Add coconut palm nectar and blend again for about 20 seconds.
Add this sticky mess to your dry ingredients bowl of healthy goodness. Then get on in there with your hands and mix ‘er all up. Press into a glass dish, throw that in the freezer for 15 minutes or a fridge for 30 minutes. Cut up into bars and enjoy.
