Overnight oats are one of the most perfect ways to start the day. You can make them the night before. So, when you wake up early, not knowing your left from your right, or you wake up rushed, barely able to brush all your teeth, you have to do practically zero work to enjoy a healthy, delicious breakfast. They’re also portable, which is sweet if you want to take them on your morning commute (and make everyone on the bus, train or traffic jam jealous)! And of course, they’re really filling!
