Protein Rich Chocolate Pudding: Raw Vegan Superfood Recipe

, celebrity raw vegan chef and Cooking Channel TV host, aka J-Wro, whips up a smooth, velvety, delicious chocolate protein pudding that will knock your socks clean off. Avocado and chocolate always go well together, the good fats of avocado filling in for less healthy fats. This recipe is easy to prepare and results in a mousse-like, thick, rich pudding unlike any other. Top it with fruit, like raspberries, and a sprig of mint for perfect presentation and then dig in!

Protein Rich Chocolate Pudding


  • ½ large avocado
  • ¼ cup grade B organic Maple Syrup
  • ⅔ cup pitted halawi dates
  • ¼ cup almond butter, or other nut
  • ⅓ cup chocolate Warrior Blend protein


Blend together about 20 seconds. Dish into cup or bowl. Garnish with raspberries and fresh mint. Makes one large or two small servings. Enjoy!
