This milkshake is dairy free, vegan, and has no added sugar, just what nature provided in the luscious berries. Zain combines organic berries, like strawberry and raspberry, almond or cashew milk, peanut butter, and Sunwarrior's vanilla protein powder to make the perfect little meal. She adds ice for smoothness and her Feel Calm Elixir to soothe nerves and release stress. Maca would also be a great addition to this smoothie and perhaps a touch of stevia. Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie


  • 1 cup organic strawberries (can mix different fruit, totaling 1 cup)
  • 1 cup organic unsweetened cashew milk (or preferred nut milk)
  • 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter, crunchy (roasted if you make your own)
  • ½ tablespoon organic unsweetened jelly
  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior vanilla protein powder
  • 20 drops Feel Calm Elixir
  • 3–5 ice cubes


Blend all ingredients together. Pour into cup and enjoy!
