Grilled Avocado with Mango Salsa
Grilling avocados may sound a little strange, but it brings out a warm, smoky flavor that works well with this buttery, green fruit. You might want to break out the spoons for this one. That avocado is going to be soft, decadent, and delicious!
Grilled Avocado with Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 mango, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper. chopped
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 avocados
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Start by grilling your avocado halves for a few minutes. You want some grill marks. Fill them with your mango salsa. That’s diced mango, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and red onion. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper, to taste, and drizzle on the lime.
