Dragon Fruit Protein Açaí Bowl

Dragon Fruit Protein Açaí Bowl

Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 packets of organic, frozen, unsweetened açaî (the brand Sambazon is amazing  - no sugar)!
  • 1 large ripe frozen banana
  • ½ dragon fruit (cut into thin slices)
  • 1 scoop of Sunwarrior Warrior Blend vanilla protein
  • ½ cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk


  • ½ kiwi, sliced
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ½ dragon fruit, sliced
  • A dash of coconut flakes
  • A drizzle of organic almond butter


  1. In a blender, add the açaí, frozen banana, ½ dragon fruit, Warrior Blend protein, and unsweetened almond milk and blend until creamy. The consistency should be on the thicker side. If it feels too thick, feel free to add a dash of water but make sure that you keep the consistency smooth and rich.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and garnish with as much or as little of the toppings as you wish.
  3. Enjoy! (note - this recipe is best eaten as soon as you make it; otherwise, the açaí can turn into a liquid mixture).
