  • 2 cups raw rolled oats or steel cut oats
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein
  • ¾ cup agave nectar or maple syrup (non-vegan option: honey)
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)
Instructions:Mix all ingredients together and press the mixture into a shallow baking dish you’ve lined with foil.Cover with more foil, press well into the baking dish, and refrigerate for 4 hours.Cut into bar shapes, wrap, and store in refrigerator till ready to eat.rn"
