Coconut Cream Parfait

Ingredients:

Coconut Cream Base:

  • 3 cups coconut meat
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground vanilla
  • 5 drops liquid Stevia
  • 1 Scoop Sunwarrior Warrior Blend

Your favorite fruits. The ones we used are:

  • Mango
  • Blueberry
  • Blood oranges
  • Passion Fruit

Method:

Begin by making the coconut cream base. In a blender add coconut meat, coconut water, cinnamon, ground vanilla, and stevia. Blend on a low speed until you get a smooth yogurt consistency. Add vanilla Warrior Blend protein, then fire up that blender once again. Next, gather your favorite fruits and get ready to assemble this jar of goodness. Start by adding a little cream, then add your fruits, alternating with more cream between each fruit for a layered masterpiece of snacktacular perfection!
