Apple Pie Smoothie

Get ready for an apple pie in your glass. Vegan Chef Jason Wrobel smoothifies the traditional apple pie, but it’s much easier, healthier, and tastier than just taking a pie and throwing that holiday staple into your blender.

Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • ground_flax_seed_recipe_pic¼ teaspoon Himalayan crystal salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon mesquite powder
  • ¼ teaspoon lucuma powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
  • pecans_recipe_blender_pic1½ teaspoons ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 2 tablespoon pecans
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 Scoop Warrior Blend vanilla protein

Directions:

Start by adding coconut milk and ice to your blender mug. Next add a little salt, cardamom, cinnamon, mesquite powder, and lucuma. Throw in some ginger, flax seed, and, for sweetness, some coconut palm sugar.
