Overnight oats have come to be a staple in many fridges, so why not jump on board, and make some? Overnight oats are fast and healthy and can be made to order. They just require a little pre-morning preparation.


Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior illumin8
  • 1 chopped apple
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • Dash cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk


Start by grabbing a jar and adding half of all the ingredients in this order: oats, Sunwarrior illumin8 meal replacement powder, chopped apple, raisins, and a dash of cinnamon, then repeat the whole process with the other half. Add almond milk, screw on the lid, and give it a good shake. Now let this little autumn masterpiece sit overnight in your fridge. Wake up refreshed or groggy (we don’t judge), open your fridge, pull out your overnight oats, give it a good stir, and eat! All your favorite fall flavors (unless pumpkin is your favorite fall flavor) come together to make these overnight oats a sweet morning hit.
