8oz. Noodles (you can use spaghetti noodles, Thai noodles, or udon noodles.)

Thai Peanut Sauce

  • 8 tablespoons Sunwarrior Peanut Butter Powder
  • 6-8 tablespoons water
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup roasted peanuts coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Extra sriracha sauce for topping
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Directions
