Vegan Pre-Workout Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ cup Sunwarrior Active Protein, vanilla
- 2 scoops Sunwarrior Pre-Workout, Yuzu Mango flavor
- ½ teaspoon Sunwarrior Sea Salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
In mixing bowl, mix together the wet ingredients and set aside.
In another mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir. It’s okay if batter is thick.
Grease griddle with coconut oil and heat it up. Drop a couple of spoonfuls of batter on the griddle and let it sizzle for 2-3 minutes. Then flip and go another minute until it’s perfectly puffy. Top with mango or whatever topping you love best!
