Raw Vegan Seaweed Stir Fry
Ingredients:
1 cup of kelp noodles
½ cup of sea vegetables
¼ carrots
¼ cucumbers
1 cup broccoli (steamed optional)
½ cup cherry tomatoes
1 garlic clove (soaked in olive oil optional), minced
2–3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Directions:
Soak kelp noodles and sea vegetables for 15 minutes, rinse and place in a bowl. Chop all vegetables and add to the noodles. Add oil, garlic, and salt to taste. Top with hemp seeds.
